As a seasoned leader and PMI-certified Project Manager, special expertise lies in defining comprehensive strategies for technical, procedural, policy, and governance frameworks. This includes leading and creating organizational and technology roadmaps, conducting feasibility studies, educating organizations on the use of data science and GenAI, designing PMOs, managing vendors, taking ownership of financial KPIs, and ensuring robust system design, cybersecurity, business continuity, and IT governance frameworks.
